With stunning lake views and a tranquil atmosphere, this property is ideal for families, friends seeking a peaceful retreat. \-------------------- This is a three-story vocation house: \* The main floor is where the living room, the dinning area and the kitchen locate, and they all have unobstructed 180 degree lake view. On the other side of the four giant french doors is the main floor deck, with outdoor sofa and a 8-person dinning table. \* The main floor also has two bedrooms (one king bed room and a second bedroom with two twin beds, which can be easily combined to a king bed) and a double-sink full bathroom. \* The upper floor is the master bedroom, with en suite full bathroom and a walk-in closet, more importantly it has its private balcony with 180 degree view \* The lower floor has a bedroom with an en suite full bathroom and lake view. This floor also has a game & gym room with a foosball table, a 75-inch TV, PS4 and games, a treadmill and elliptical. There is a second bathroom next to the game room. \* The kitchen is equipped with a stove with oven, a french-door refrigerator, a nespresso vertuo coffee machine, a 4-slice toaster oven, pans and pots and 10-persons silver ware and tableware. \* All bathrooms are full bath with hotel grade towel sets, and high quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash. \------------------------------------------ The house includes a private lake access and dock. The water is calm and perfectly swimmable. It doesn't froze in the winter. An outdoor hot tub that can comfortably fit up to 5 persons. There are two three-person canoes, two single-seat kayaks and two paddleboards for your group to explore and enjoy the lake. Life jackets are provided as well. You can fish right from the dock! Pine Mountain Lake is particularly good for fishing largemouth bass, along with other species like trout, bluegill, and crappie. \------------------------------------------ The house is located in a private gated community with various amenity open to Airbnb guests. Message me directly for more information. \* 3 public sand beaches \* 18 Hole Champion Golf (with a fee and can be reserved in advance) \* tennis and pickleball courts (with a small fee) \------------------------------------------ Maximum 8 persons. \*Well behaved\* pets are welcomed. \----------------------------------------- The entire house, including a private water access and a dock. This is in the private community, you will entry the community via the main gate and acquire the guest pass for each vehicle. Our family had the most amazing time! From the moment we arrived, it felt like the perfect home away from home. The kids absolutely loved the private dock – they spent hours kayaking. The house was spacious enough for all of us to spread out and feel comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family meals, and the dining area had the most gorgeous lake view – we lingered over dinner just to soak it all in. The hot tub was a hit with everyone! It was the perfect way to relax together under the stars.The host was wonderful – super responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. This home gave us so many beautiful family memories, and we can’t wait to come back again. ##### Tod a. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how peaceful and beautiful this place is. The private dock was our favorite spot – we loved sipping coffee in the mornings and taking the kayaks out for a paddle. It was so serene and exactly what we needed to unwind.The house itself is super inviting and well-decorated, with tons of natural light and stunning views of the lake. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals easy and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the little touches, like comfy blankets and thoughtful extras that made the stay feel extra special.After days spent exploring Yosemite, soaking in the hot tub at night was pure heaven. You could hear the sounds of nature all around, and the stars were unreal! The host was so friendly and responsive, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. ##### Michelle W.
