Very clean. Pet friendly home but there is no yard and all the facilities and rec spots on the lake are NO Dog zones. There is a dog park nearby, but you need to register your dog with the city and provide proof of vaccination. Not worth the time and money for a week stay imo. ##### Aaron L. The home is close to the lake, but our main reason for going to Groveland was to hike along the Tuolomne river. The home wasn’t dirty but it was clear the downstairs floor wasn’t cleaned as evidenced by crumbs and ants upon arrival. Dirty dishes were still in the dishwasher and linens were in the dryer. The communication was fast and responsive with Vacasa.
