Nestled in the picturesque Pine Mountain Lake HOA of Groveland, CA, this stunning home offers a perfect blend of luxury and comfort, making it an ideal retreat for families and friends. The property boasts partial lake views from the private waterfront gazebo, located in a quiet cove where you can unwind and watch the sunset while savoring the tranquil surroundings. The large backyard also features a patio with a BBQ and outdoor dining table, and a wrap-around deck, complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas.  
  
The interior of the home is equally impressive, featuring a magnificent open-beam great room with a spacious loft that overlooks the living area. The rock wall behind the propane heat stove adds a cozy touch, while the easy-care laminate flooring ensures a low-maintenance lifestyle. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, double ovens, and a built-in wine refrigerator at the breakfast bar, making it a chef's delight. Just off the kitchen is the laundry room, complete with an iron and ironing board. With a half bath, a cozy bedroom, and the primary suite also included on the main level, this home is designed for relaxation and convenience. The upstairs bedrooms feature the same open-beam ceiling as the great room below, along with a shared bathroom in between them.  
  
This home is just 30 minutes from the north entrance of Yosemite National Park! Pine Mountain Lake also offers great fishing spots, many hiking trails, a shared pool, equestrian center, and stunning 18-hole championship golf course with a fabulous restaurant "The Grill" with views of the course, ensuring there's something for everyone. Whether you're looking for adventure or a peaceful getaway, this Groveland home is the perfect destination for your next vacation.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.  
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.  
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.  
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises.  
Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.  
This home is within a gated community that requires a $50 access fee, payable to the HOA at check-in. The fee is valid for stays up to seven days and is subject to change without notice.  
This HOA does not allow guests to use personal watercraft on Pine Mountain Lake. Rentals are available at the Marina.  
  
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
