We stayed in one of the duplexes. It had everything we needed for a nice stay. Nothing fancy but clean and easy. My wife didn't complain and she sure would have if things weren't OK. Its located right next to Sailboat bridge. Easy to get to restaurants. The private launch/ramp and slip were great! Bill the manager makes sure you get settled in quickly and easily. Stayed with two teens, one 9 year-old, and our small dog. Rick met us right away upon arrival to give us the keys and take us on a quick run-through of the property. The cabin was very clean and recently updated. AC and fans worked very well. Direct TV was available in the living room and one bedroom. We enjoyed fishing off the boat dock and the old bar/grill dock. The grounds are well-kept. We didn't get a chance to swim in the pool, but it was very clean and constantly being attended to. The location is quiet, yet close enough to easily grab supplies or something to eat. Best of all, there is a great rental place (Water Trix) a minute away with boat, jet ski, and kayak rentals. Overall, for the price, this was well worth it. ##### Michael B.
