Unfortunately the tourney was canceled due to flooding and debris in the lake but we came down to fish anyway. We stayed in The Wren cabin at the bottom of the hill. We did both, turning the trailer around at the pad at the bottom of the hill as well as turning around up top and backing down around the corner. Both were easily achievable for someone that is experienced in backing a trailer, not something I would recommend for a first timer. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck at the fire table and watching the sun go down over Honey Creek. The other cabins at the top of the hill might be easier for some to park a trailer, but offer slightly less seclusion for your boat. When opening the front door the door handle fell off in my hand. When we went in there were a few spiders we had to kill, even worse on the deck was full of them, clearly this place needs to be sprayed for spiders and other bugs. We were very impressed from the beginning of our stay to the end, as we continually discovered more and more special touches that really made our stay enjoyable. Very thoughtful details throughout!
