Grab the family and head down to Grand Lake. This 4 bed 3 bath two-story home has everything you need for a fun-filled trip to the lake. Located on the Elk River arm of Grand Lake. Dog Friendly!  
  
Large Back Yard Entertainment Area features:  
\- Large Patio  
\- Fire pit  
\- Plenty of outdoor seating  
\- Propane grill  
\- Slope to the water  
\- Dock with ladder (you may tie your boat during your stay)  
  
\-Upstairs Master Bedroom has a King Bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower and jetted bathtub.  
\-2nd Bedroom has a Queen Bed.  
\-3rd Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds.  
\-Downstairs Master Bedroom has a King Bed and Mini Crib.  
\-And 2 Queen-size and 2 twin size memory foam floor mattresses for extra guests.  
  
We will give you a code to the smart lock on the door on the morning of your check-in.  
  
We are available by text message or Airbnb message at any time.

This was perfect for what we were looking for! A pet friendly home right on the water with enough bedrooms and beds for 5 adults, 1 teen, and 2 kids. Having a private dock was a huge plus! The water was definitely more shallow than I expected, but still swimmable. The host was super sweet and left a bag of goodies with extra chargers, snacks, and even dog treats! I appreciated that there was a manual with instructions since this was my fist time booking a VRBO. Even though it rained all weekend, we had a blast playing pool in the basement and swimming in between rain clouds!Thank you for making our family vacation easy!
