"Property is just as advertised! Super cute, newer, little cabin that is exceptionally clean. Host contacts you almost immediately after booking and check in is so easy. Great, quiet place to stay…and view elk!"

"Driveway to cabin is in serious need of some maintenance. We were driving a 3/4 ton truck and certainly could navigate it, but it was ROUGH. Cabin is nice and secluded and met our needs for an our stay. Another thing worth noting is the bedroom (2 beds/1 big room) are up a fairly steep flight of stairs. Just something to keep in mind if traveling with really small children or others that have trouble with stairs."

"Our stay at the HyGrade Inn was excellent! We've never stayed at a B&B and this one will be hard to beat! The uniqueness of the Inn was phenomenal! The one owner, Jim was great, the knowledge and the stories of the quaint town of Emporium was so interesting. He told us where and when to go to most likely see some Elk, and we did see some! The food was excellent. Will most definitely come again! 🙂"

"This was a very good location! The elk viewing areas are very close. The host was very quick to get back with responses. The “manager” of the place who I’m assuming lives close by was also very nice and helpful as well. Overall it was an awesome place to stay! It doesn’t have the large amenities, like a hot tub or large kitchen area, that some people may need/want but for those looking for a laid back getaway from everything this was perfect! The place was pretty clean minus a few cobwebs but who doesn’t have those? The photos were very close to how it looked in person. Obviously being a tree house things have change as the trees continue to grow. Even with the water being from rainwater it still was plenty good to shower and do the dishes. There was absolutely no smell to the water at all either. The only “bad” things about it and they’re not bad at all is that the keypad lock worked sometimes but other times it didn’t. So it’s best to just keep the key they give to you with you. It could’ve easily been user error as well lol. There were a few bugs but it’s a treehouse so there are going to be bugs no matter how much you clean it. Overall though this was an awesome trip and I’m definitely going to recommend the treehouse to my friends!"
