### Terra Di Sole - Vue mer et montagne

In Grosseto-Prugna, Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offer you this charming 65 m² air-conditioned house with sea and mountain views, less than a kilometer from the beach, which can accommodate up to 3 travelers. It features a lovely 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a 500 m² garden. Wifi (fiber optic), bed linen and towels included. Ideal for a couple and a child, we're waiting for you!  
  
The accommodation comprises  
\- A 25 m² living room with sea view, double sofa bed, TV and fireplace (wood not provided).  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...  
\- Bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)   
\- Bathroom with bathtub  
\- Separate WC  
  
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue (gas or charcoal), washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.  
  
Exterior:  
\- 500 m² enclosed garden with shower   
\- An 18 m² terrace with sea view and furniture for sunny days.  
  
The house is ideally located in Grosseto-Prugna, in a very pleasant environment. You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...  
  
Activities :  
Jet skiing, boating, diving, horseback riding, hiking, Porticcio beach less than 10 min away on foot, visiting Ajaccio (old town, port, museums, tastings, markets...)  
  
Transportation :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's garage and private parking lot.  
  
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Campo Dell' Oro 9 km (12 min by car)  
\- Nearest ferry terminal: Marconajo 14 km (20 min by car)  
\- Nearest airport: Ajaccio Napoléon Bonaparte 12 km (10 min by car)  
\- Sea shuttle to Ajaccio 1 km (2 min by car - 8 min on foot)
