Superb 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom detached property with swimming pool and breathtaking views over the Gulf of Ajaccio.  
Ideal for a stay with family or friends, this property can accommodate 10 people.  
The villa is set in 2500m2 of land, on two levels.  
The main level is 170m2, with a very large fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with flat screen TV, 1 master bedroom with large bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with shower rooms.  
All bedrooms have sea views.  
The main room opens onto a magnificent covered terrace with garden furniture and dining table and a very large pool area with deckchairs.  
There is also a rear garden with children's hut.  
On the lower floor, 2 further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, second living room and fully equipped kitchen, veranda, garden, and sea view deck with garden furniture, dining table, sun loungers and jacuzzi.  
The villa is ideally located just 3 minutes from the centre of Porticcio, shops, restaurants and beaches.  
Whether you want to spend some quality time together or have your own private moments, the villa lends itself perfectly to this.  
You'll be welcomed by the owner in person, with a free welcome basket of local produce for you to discover or rediscover.
