The staff were wonderful and very friendly and helpful. The staff are the shining star of the hotel. The shuttle bus to the other bay garden resorts are great, being able to take the shuttle to the beach resort was great and loved using the facilities and having drinks at the other hotels was very convenient. The room was ok, bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. I did feel the room cleanliness was ok I would stay here again.

This is a lovely, relatively affordable hotel located only a couple minutes from shopping malls, restaurants, and multiple beaches, including the water park, where access is complimentary for hotel guests. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast each day was delicious and had quite a few options each morning. The bathrooms are also very clean and functional, and the provision of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion in dispensers were greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend staying here and will do so again on my next visit to St Lucia
