This stunning 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath waterfront townhouse is located in a gated complex in the heart of Rodney Bay. Perfect for those looking to have a quiet, tropical retreat close to everything. Upstairs are two beautifully spacious bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and their own balconies. The master balcony overlooks the waterfront. The villa is fully air-conditioned. A shared waterfront pool and lush tropical gardens are to be enjoyed. Gated private parking and 24-hour security on site.  
The space  
This stunning 2-bedroom waterfront townhouse is located in the heart of Rodney Bay. Perfect for those looking to have a quiet, tropical retreat close to all amenities and sites.  
  
On the main floor of the villa is the living space where the kitchen and living areas lead out to a covered outdoor patio facing the picturesque waterfront. There is also a powder room and laundry room for guests’ convenience on the lower level.  
  
Upstairs are two beautifully spacious bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms and their own balconies. The master suite overlooks the waterfront and has gorgeous sunsets while the second room has beautiful mountain views that get early morning sun and can be set up with two twin beds or a king-size bed. All bedrooms and living spaces are fully air-conditioned. The unit also comes with a boat slip that guests may use upon request. Guests also have their own designated parking space within the gated complex.  
  
Bayview has 24-hour on-site security. Guests are more than welcome to utilize the shared waterfront pool and enjoy the lush, tropical gardens on the property throughout their stay. The beach, supermarkets, shopping and restaurants are all a stone’s throw away from the villa.
