Groot-Genhout Vacation Packages

Room was clean but showing age. Door handle to bathroom broken and hairdryer did not work. We had to change the fan as that was faulty. Reception were a bit put out because we asked for a replacement so we didn't mention the other faults. Breakfast was fantastic. We had the windows open because of the heat and it was not too noisy outside Overall the hotel was very dark , almost as though they were saving money by not turning on lights. Probably would stay again but not in the summer

Towels, coffee cups and carpets were dirty. Still waiting for my receipt which will apparently be sent by email, for which I had to fill out a separate form. Immediate paper receipts were not available.

had a fab couple of days at the nh konigsalee we were able to check in early by the very pleasant and helpful front desk staff, room was big and the bathroom also had a bath the hotel had complimentary water sweets coffee and fruit and cakes 24 hrs the location is a 15 minute walk to the station and 20 minutes to the aldstadt and rheinpromenade found all the staff to be helpful and we were given a late check out too as we had a late flight back to the uk excellent

Despite telling us reception was open to 11pm, there never was anyone there. We had to drive down to the service station multiple times after being given a dirty room and being locked out of our room on the second night. Staff were less than helpful and just dismissed the issues.
