Guests are welcome to stroll around the lakes, relax and enjoy their stay. Designed to offer a relaxing break away from the daily grind and are perfect for those seeking to explore the delights of the many attractions of the surrounding local area. Windy Ridge cottages is an adults only (strictly no kids) site that offers a pleasant setting for a peaceful break. Well behaved dogs are welcome, we do charge £25 pet cleaning fee, if you wish to bring a 2nd dog this will need to be approved prior to booking and will incur an additional £10 charge. The property is within easy reach of Cleethorpes with it’s beautiful beaches and amenities. Myself, my partner Andy and our dog Willow stayed Friday to Sunday at the chickens coop and we had the most relaxing & enjoyable time. Andy enjoyed doing a bit of fishing at the lake, catching a good sized carp, whilst I enjoyed walking around it with the dog. The place itself is just gorgeous, with free roaming chickens etc that you can feed. The stay in the coop was perfect - it was so peaceful and homely. It had everything we needed plus little added touches. Barbara & Luke are both really lovely hosts - very welcoming & helpful. There are beaches not too far a drive away which we visited whilst there as we wanted to take the dog on her first beach visit. Chalet was very clean and was excellent laid out for use. Quiet little piece of heaven and gives you the time to relax and recharge. The kitchen is well equipped for your cooking needs just has no microwave. The bed is comfy and with the heavy duvet is nice and warm Bathroom has a good size shower cubicle.
