"The location and view of this property was excellent. The staff gave good dining recommendations. The fire pit at night with s’mores was nice. We were given a nice bouquet of flowers at time of check in. The morning breakfast was a bit different. The kitchen was stocked with eggs, cream cheese, yogurt and condiments and pastries. You were responsible to make your own breakfast in the kitchen. "

"As a family with two tweens, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Spruce Point. It’s an absolutely gorgeous property, and there is a lot to do for kids ages 2-18. I’m not sure if it’s the best value option for child-free guests, but we definitely got our money’s worth with the three pools, kayaking, game room, outdoor games, and nightly s’mores by the fire. My sons met kids their age every day and enjoyed playing baseball in the field and playing games in the pool. "
"We enjoyed our stay at the cottage and loved being in such a central location on Ocean Point. We were just across the street from the Casino, a short walk to the shore road and white rocks, and a medium walk down to the Ocean Point Inn and dock. Every sleeping area was equipped with a fan, which was essential as it was very warm the first few days we were there. The kitchen and eating area was lovely, with lots of natural light and a dishwasher. We also enjoyed the porch and grill. You should note that the downstairs office area with a twin bed and trundle does not have doors on the room, just thin curtains in the doorways. This was a surprise to us. The stairs are also very steep and uneven. We had a young child with us, and she required pretty constant supervision as the house is not really set up for kiddos. "

"Had a great stay! Such a beautiful secluded spot, but also close to boothbay harbor and a lot of other Maine coast activities. The apartment itself was clean and nice and everything was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The house is very nice and comfortable. Very quiet location with woods just behind the house. Easy to walk to both sides of Ocean Point. Swimming at Ocean Point Beach and from the dock at the Ocean Point Inn is fun. Open access to comfortable chairs along the shoreline in front of the Ocean Point Inn where you can sip drinks and watch the sunset across the water. Dinner at the Ocean Point Kitchen in the Inn is good and comes with the view."

"We really enjoyed our time at Three Porches. The house has a wonderful view of the ocean at the end of a peninsula. We enjoyed walking along the rocks at low tide and enjoyed the sunsets. While the house is along the road the traffic is slow and minimal with more walkers and runners than cars. It was lovely to listen to the waves with the windows cracked at night and watch the lobster boats while we had our morning coffee on the front porch. We loved the charm of an older home. While not everyone may appreciate creaky wood floors and the rustic coastal vibe, we really enjoyed it. The top two bedrooms are accessed by a steep, narrow staircase, which may not be suitable for all, especially if you need to use the bathroom at night which is on the floor below. The size of the room and view of the ocean made up for the inconvenience, in my opinion, but I know neither of my septuagenarian family members felt comfortable navigating the stairs at night and therefore chose other bedrooms. There were six bedrooms in total. All of them were lovely, though five were on the smaller side and one had a squeaky bed. We only had five people in our group and no couples, so there was plenty of room for us and no one had to use the squeaky bed. There is one full bathroom on the second floor with four of the bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor. This was fine for our group and is part of the experience with an older home. The rental company was very communicative and available. Thanks!"

"The restaurant at the property is amazing. Loved our bartender and our waitress Emma was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our evening unforgettable. We will definitely be back
My only complaint is when booking it looks like you are getting a small cabin. But they are actually normal hotel rooms. "
