WIFI and A/C Large balcony with a view on the canal and the hills. Pretty apartment on the top floor in a private area. It is composed of a living-room opening onto the balcony, a well-furnished separated kitchen (dishwasher, washing-machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster), a bedroom with a double bed and its en-suite shower-room, indepedent toilets, and a large mezzanine with a sofa-bed and a shower-room with toilets. LINEN and TOWELS NOT INCLUDED WIFI and A/C A wide balcony on the canal side with a beautiful view on the canal. A private parking space close to the apartment. Free access to the Coches d'eau shuttles (during their working period) to get around Port Grimaud and go to the beach or the market place in Port Grimaud 1. The beach is about 8-minute away by walk. The restaurants are less than 1 minute away. Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (sea activities, golf, spa, amusement park...) Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime... Additional information: • Check-in between 4.00pm and 7.00pm.
