Located in the center of Port Grimaud South, close to the facilities. WIFI Nice West-oriented terrace to enjoy the sun all day long. This duplex apartment is located closed to the main place in Port Grimaud South. The restaurants and groceries are less than 1 minute-away by walk. One can reach the apartment through stairs covered with flowers. The apartment is composed on the lower level of a living-room with a sofa-bed, a well-furnished kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with a freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster) and a shower-room with toilets. On the upper level, there is 1 bedroom with 2 single beds joined together and its own shower-room with toilets and a second bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined or separate and its own bathroom with toilets. WIFI (Fibre-optic) LINEN and TOWELS NOT INCLUDED A sunny terrace on the canal side to enjoy the sun and the view on the hills and the canal. A private parking space near-by. Almost a little house with a panoramic view on the canal. Free access to the Coches d'eau shuttles to get around Port Grimaud and go to the beach or the market place in Port Grimaud 1. The beach is about 7-minute away by walk. The restaurants are less than 1 minute away. Numerous activities in Port Grimaud and near-by (sea activities, golf, spa, amusement park...) Perfect location to visit the Gulf of St-Tropez and its villages: Grimaud, Gassin, Ramatuelle, Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime...
