I checked in and checked the room. The microwave was rusty on the inside. I asked for a different one. The television had something all over it. There was paint peeling & cracked by the bathroom sink. The trained passed by 3 times during the night & blew the horn. This place is right next to train tracks. Lots of 18 wheelers passing blowing their horns & down braking. They charge for shampoo & no blow dryer. I travel with my pet & she was terrified of all the noise outside. I would not stay here again unless it was just 1 night.

Awful experience... located in semi-industrial type, high traffic area. Smaller older facility not well maintained--should've cancelled oit teservation then... checked in and noticed, room was not completely furnished... no table or table chairs! Blank space! We had driven over 500 miles that day, and were tired... how much worse could it be? We had to eat our evening meal on the bed! Afterwards, upon inspection of a mildew and moldy tub trim find, we.decided not to shower in rhe morning as.the bed and linens were clean. About midnight we were awakened to the blasts of a train horn that sounded like it was going through our room! The train horn awaken us again 2 more times until our alarm awakened us at 7 AM... at which time we dressed quickly, went across the parking lot to an all-night gas station for coffee and left as soon as we could... never to return.... in fairness, we stayed in a Motel 6 in Macon about a week prior, and our stay was great...but this McDonough unit was just awful!

The stuff is very rude, they shouted on me during the phone conversation, they through out the guest from hotel because of their fault, the guest was late arrival and to avoid this his colleague went to reception to avoid no-show. They aware that no worries, everything is fixed and then after guest arrival they make him pay for 1 night because nothing was done from their part to avoid no-show as they aware before. Then they just annulate everything and turn back the sum taking 1 night penalty. This is how this hotel works. Every time they was complaining that i am making reservations through Expedia. All my 15 booked rooms was praying when their period of stay will finish and ask me never put them in this place again. By the way, every time I made extension of stay, they check the people out, making them collecting the belongings, make them to wait from 11:00am till 3:00pm and then check them in again. Never see such pure, unprofessional and rude behavior. My guest told that they never stay in such unpleasant place.
