Way over priced

Pros: NOT MUCH
Cons: Be more competitive for under construction conditions
Location: To far from the main freeway.
This hotel was in terrible condition as it was under construction. I understand this can happen but the cost was outrageous for what was being offered.

Bad Stay

The hotel was under construction and the noise level was unbearable!! the continental breakfast was frozen sausage biscuit with yogurt in mtg room with bad coffee. Room was fine.

overpriced

never again. .. the air conditioning was fixed on extrem low temperature in winter, no changes possible....dirty carpet....hair dryer was not working..... breakfast is a joke.. .

Under construction, but even without that aspect, room was out of date, stained carpet, a window unit AC that didn't blow cool air (made front desk aware and was told maintenance was not working), and brown splash stains on the wallpaper in the restroom near the shower.

Pros: It was very quiet and perfect for our needs
Cons: No hot breakfast! Bummer!
Location: The hotel was only 15 minutes away from Senoia - which is why we chose it - as we're huge walking dead fans!
Very nice overall. was disappointed this particular HI&S didn't offer a hot breakfast. Staff was great!

Holiday Inn Experience

A couple of glitches...the ironing board would not stand up unless you leaned it against the wall. The room phone cord was not functioning properly so the phone did not work. Otherwise it was a great stay.

For the price you pay breakfast should be included and beds should be queens not small doubles.

We do offer free breakfast with certain rates and I apologize that your rate didn't include it, but we are discussing making it available to all room rates in the future. We are renovating the property starting in November and we looking into changing the bedding if space permits. Please make sure to visit us again soon or in the near future after we finish renovations.
