Great accommodation in an area of nothing but long beach walks and of course the pancake rocks. Bedrooms are in two seperate buildings with only one washroom so it does require walking outside if you’re using more than one bedroom. No screens on windows, or air conditioning or heat in the second building. Kitchen, living area, and balcony are all upstairs with stunning sunset views. The location on the booking site is different and therefore misleading. The communication was bad, you check into a shed on a different street than house which was not clearly stated, we had a challenging time finding this. The main house was musty, and felt a bit grimy. it had an unpleasant odor seemed to emanate from bottom floor, we stayed in the building next to it which had no water etc. The parking was challenging, and we both felt this the worst accommodation in our three week tour of N & S NZ.
