### The Golden Getaway 

Enjoy this newly renovated modern cottage centrally located in Eugenia. Walking distance to the falls and the lake. Enjoy fresh baked goods and the best iced coffee around at garage13 just 2 minute walk from us or stop by top of the rock to grab your favourite beverage & snack for the night , then soak up all the stars in the open sky around the fire pit in the backyard. Bring the boats and floats. A boat launch pass is provided for guests to enjoy all the amenities.

Our recent stay in Fisherton was overall a decent experience, but unfortunately it didn’t feel worth the amount we paid. While the place was generally okay, there were several issues that affected our comfort. We stayed as two couples, and privacy was a concern. The bathroom door couldn’t be locked, which was inconvenient. One of the bedroom door locks was also not working properly—it only locked from the outside, which was frustrating. Additionally, the front area could have been better maintained, as snow had not been cleared and needed attention. With better maintenance and attention to these details, the stay could be improved. For the price, we expected a higher standard.

#### A nice quiet getaway

This was a nice short stay. Not a lot to do in the area but good to get away and relax. A couple things my family suggest: 1\. Outside lights, very dark at night and hard to enjoy 2\. HOT! A small air conditioner would make a huge difference!
