Our 2017 newly furnished apartment is located in Greven-Reckenfeld in the north of Münsterland, in a traffic-calmed street without much traffic, surrounded by meadows and forest.

This is the ideal starting point for many discoveries in the area - preferably by bike, but also on foot or by car.
You live in a cozy non-smoking apartment on the upper floor of a family house. The apartment is about 75m ² and consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom and the hallway.

The apartment is suitable for a maximum of 5-6 people.

All around, the windows are equipped with sun protection and fly screens, so that you can ventilate without the insect pests. In summer this is an invaluable comfort.

There is a carport on the property for your car and a parking space in front of it.

Bicycles can be parked on the property.

WiFi is available free of charge.

Pets are not allowed.

We ask you not to smoke in the house.

1. bedroom

Here is a cozy box spring bed 180 x 200cm, about 68cm high. There is also a cot and a wardrobe for you.

Second bedroom

There are 2 beds here, which can be put together individually or as desired. There is also a wardrobe and a desk in the room.

living room

In the living room there is a corner couch, which can be used for sleeping if necessary. There is also a dining table with 6 chairs and a flat screen TV with satellite connection.

kitchen

The kitchen is well stocked with pots, dishes and glasses. It has an electric cooker with ceramic hob, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. Other features include a microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, as well as a vacuum cleaner. There is also a dining table with a corner bench so that you can eat comfortably in the kitchen.

bath

The bathroom is modern equipped with a shower (90x90cm) and a bathtub as well as a washstand, a toilet and a bidet. Furthermore, a hair dryer and hand and shower towels are available free of charge.
The bathroom has underfloor heating.
