Antico Pastificio Ulisse Mariotti

The grounds of the property are very beautiful. There is a pool area with grass, nice lounge chairs and furniture - perfect for relaxing and a picnic if you choose. It's at the end of a very cute roadway with a gate that leads to a nice parking area. It literally sits 50-100 meters above the town square, so walking to the wine stores, meat and cheese market or restaurants takes less then 5 minutes. The check in process was very easy as well. We arrived a bit late but all our information and key's was laid out nicely.

We stayed in two apartments within the building due to previous bookings already made but were given a choice of rooms to move to and both were typical rustic Italian in feel. The beds were fairly comfortable and the bathrooms were clean and each had a nice kitchen area. The outdoor pool was small but nice although it wasn’t heated and could have done with it when we stayed in May 2019. There was a small play area for the kids and a couple of BBQ’s to use. Town square is just behind the with local shops and restaurants. Parking is within the complex but make sure you go through the town square to get to the building.
