"many problems such as: -Dirty floor (including bathroom) -many spiders and spider-webs in the corners -the heater was broken -bathroom door was cracked and falling apart -towels were stained yellow in some spots -room smelled like RAID was sprayed -bad wifi -TV signal was bad -wall had multiple holes in it -outlets in walls were broken and poking out of the walls (not safe) -not enough towels -bad service (not helpful) -disgusting lamp shades (didn't look clean)"
