It is located rue des Clercs in the pedestrian centre of Grenoble on the 4th floor with lift of a very nice building. 1 bedroom with a Futon bed + 1 Futon mattress 2 places in the living room (to be unfolded if needed). The flat is very quiet as it overlooks a pleasant inner courtyard. Entirely renovated and decorated with care, it is very well equipped and has an independent kitchen. The apartment has an unobstructed view of the Belledonne and Taillefer mountains. It is an ideal base for a professional stay or to discover Grenoble and its magnificent region. 🏢 This beautiful flat consists of : \- a large cosy living room with sofa, armchair and table for eating or working (office chair); \- a fully equipped independent kitchen: cooker with induction hob and oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine (capsules not supplied), kettle, fridge/freezer, kitchen utensils; \- a bedroom with a Japanese double bed "Muji" and futon (220 x 160 cm) + a second futon mattress for 2 persons on tatami mats in the living room to be unfolded if necessary; \- a beautiful bathroom with Italian shower, hair dryer; \- separate toilet; \- plenty of storage space. ⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the equipment present in the flat: \- washing machine; \- Internet and high-speed wifi; \- Sony Bravia TV WITHOUT CHAINS (serves as an HDMI or Chrome Cast display) \- mini hi-fi system and CDs; \- small mountain library with guides and maps for your hikes; \- Bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival. 🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". Oct 30, 2019 #### appartement 12 bis rue des clercs GRENOBLE Mon fils et moi avons passé un agréable séjour du 25 au 29 octobre 2019 dans cet appartement où rien ne manque et d'une propreté irréprochable, Des brochures et guides touristiques sont à notre portée.Le système pour récupérer les clés est simple avec possibilité de laisser ses bagages à la conciergerie si l'on arrive tôt. L'accueil est chaleureux. Situé en hyper centre de Grenoble dans une rue piétonne (supérette en face de la résidence), tram à 100 m, gare à 15 mn à pied. De magnifiques randonnées sont à faire aux alentours, le téléphérique est proche, flâner et prendre un verre au bord de l'Isère; De très bonnes tables et de nombreux musées à découvrir.Mon fils avait rendez-vous pour un poste en CDI, c'est pour cela que je l'accompagnait. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir, ce sera l'occasion d'avoir un logement lors de prochains séjours pour rendre visite à mon fils.
