Saw huge roaches in my room, asked for a hair blower and never got it. Toilet bowl never flushed properly, had my room smelling foul because the stuff wasn’t flushing down properly, took many flushes and still didn’t go down. Limited kitchen supplies for me to use to do my own cooking. Very noisey due to the transportations on the road, but very convenient because it located close to the airport.

Our plane got cancelled and we had to fin a place for the night. It was late and we were afraid everything was going to be full or closed. It was easy to check in, someone was there to welcome us. Thank you !!

Loved how close it was to the airport. It’s walking distance which was great for my me, since I only had a carry on. I landed close to midnight and had a 8 am flight to Carriacou. I was able to get a good nights rest so I could continue my journey.

It was only one night
Arrived Grenada on an evening flight and left in the morning. No restaurant staff, so ordered from CaribEats who took an hour to deliver a pizza. Otherwise fine.

Warm friendly staff. Lovely clean rooms and lots of space. Just needs finishing touches room check and end of day as things missing. Maybe take money off customers for lost or broken items.

Very close to the airport walkable if you don’t have too many bags. The staff were fantastic we arrived at 2330 and we were shown to our rooms she had great customer service. Very pleased and would use them again. Thank you

Close to the airport. Basic accommodations but quite adequate for overnight stay. The air condition units worked, the hot water shower did not disappoint, the WiFi worked and free Netflix and YouTube on the TV. Only instant coffee though.

Only issue in my opinion would be that there is a little difficulty to get something to eat at night time but it would be resolved by the bars and bowling alley which were a little walk off otherwise everything was excellent.

Spacious rooms. Pool is beautiful. Very friendly staff. I stay here one night before and after traveling to Carriacou. Love the walkability to the airport. Can't wait to stay again!

The bed was broken and I could not sleep at all. There was construction right outside of the hotel so I could not sleep because of that either. There were also insects all over the place, my son woke up to a worm on his pillow. NASTY! Would not recommend.

It was isolated. The room was substandard compared to the advertisement. I checked out 10 mins after checkin to find a safer space. I’d like a refund of the 2-3 nights because I didn’t stay. There were unleashed dogs on the property that were a little too aggressive when I walked back to the open air checkout counter. There were cars parked outside the bedroom window and a narrow walkway outside of the bathroom window with junk throw there. Safety was my main concern and it was not safe.

Good Day Andrea,It was your choice to leave the premisses. You only had us as a backup because you had book some where else. When you found out that the property was available you decided to checkout. It was 2 small puddles that belong to the hotel. One on ever had any problems with them.

No hot water in bathroom, no phone to in the room to call front desk. Stayed only one day but paid for two days bcoz my flight was overbooked from Miami, asked if I could change the checkin date but wasn’t helpful. Then 11 September checked out day I asked front desk clerk to extend checkout time by 1 hour I mean 1 pm instead of 12 pm, but she refused to do it. Stating that will cost me additional fees. Very bad service

The room was a self contained unit but there was no telephone to communicate with the front desk. Clerk just dumped our cases into the room and left. We were put in s unit near the street with no security. We felt very unsafe.

Toilet doesn’t flush properly. Had to flush 5 times for toilet paper to disappear. Kitchen area smells like dead rat. Lightning is bedroom is poor. Kitchen lights were flickering. Lots of ants in apartment.
