In the district of Eldena, on the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Greifswald, in a quiet position in the residential district, 1 km from the beach. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Carport. Supermarket, bakery 150 m, bus stop "Eldena" 150 m, sandy beach "Eldena" 1 km. Marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Hansestadt Greifswald 4 km, Insel Usedom 28 km, Insel Rügen 45 km, Ostseebad Lubmin 15 km.  
"Boddenidyll", 2-room apartment on the ground floor. Renovated in 2023, modern and cosy furnishings: living room with digital TV, CD-player and hi-fi system. 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Luggage room. Small kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with small dining table. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (roofed). Please note: non-smokers only.
