For those seeking to relax and unwind in paradise, the simplistic, modern style of this property offers the perfect retreat. The white concrete and light wood exterior of the house provides a beautiful contrast to a sparkling-blue ocean backdrop. Ocean views are highlighted from the interior of the home as well, showcased by large windows and oversized glass sliding doors. Inside, a spacious, open-concept living design consists of a large seating area, dining area and fully stocked kitchen with a 4 seat peninsula bar. The sliding doors open to a covered veranda perfect for enjoying morning coffee in the hammock chair or lounging with sunset cocktails. Also on the main level of the house, there is a sizable bathroom across the hall from a bedroom with a queen bed. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower with glass partition as well as a private entrance to an enclosed, outdoor shower. For those in need of a designated work area, there is a desk in the first floor bedroom. This bedroom also features large sliding glass doors that open to a private, enclosed patio with sun loungers. The second bedroom is located on the upper level of the house. A spiral staircase leads directly to the large loft-style bedroom with king bed. Fall asleep to sounds of the sea as you stargaze from bed, and wake up to ocean views without even lifting your head from your pillow. This floor includes a small walk-in closet, and powder room, and features a freestanding soaking tub. Why not enjoy the stunning sunset or night sky from a luxurious bath? Molly was an attentive and super communicative host from the moment we booked, offering recommendations for rental cars, grocery stores, restaurants, and beaches. She also was available during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. Kevin, the caretaker, went above and beyond he welcomed us at the house at 1AM after our delayed flight and was available if we needed any assistance throughout our stay as well.The house itself was spotless, beautifully laid out, and offered spectacular views. The kitchen was well-stocked, which made it easy to cook a few meals at home. Overall, it was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
