« Great location within walking distance of the majority of what Ann Arbor has to offer.Immediately across the street from Miss Kim, a must experience restaurant. »

« Amenities were very poor. Only one butter knife and no steak knives. The toaster was broken and the dishes were very minimal. We choose to rent homes vs hotels as we like to prepare our own food. Furnishings were comfortable and the waterfront view was nice. »

« The size of the home is ample for a large group. We were 12 people and fit comfortably. The living room was spacious. It would be good to know ahead of time which rooms are on which floors for rhe the elderly members of the family because of stairs. The location for graduation was perfect. »

« We enjoyed our stay and the location. The driveway can accommodate at least two vehicles, and street parking was available also. Bathrooms, kitchen and floors were clean and host provided enough towels/linens for all guests. Bunk beds with slide are fun for kids. We used Meijer’s delivery service for groceries, which worked very well. »

« While the townhome was very nice, we were not made aware of the train blasting past the home 2 of 3 nights between 111:00pm and 1:00am. The train didn’t just honk, it laid on the horn! Woke me up both nights! If I would have known about the proximity of the train to the home we would have stayed elsewhere. »
