This historic home is your destination home with game room, park access across the street for basketball and baseball. Save on gas, leave your car parked, and walk to town for all of the local cuisine and shops the town has to offer. The Fine Arts Center and other music venues are also within walking distance. There is a Master BR and additional BR downstairs and 2 large BR’s upstairs. Entire house is accessible by guests. I am very responsive answering texts or phone calls. Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to town and local parks. There is a 2 car parking pad beside the house. Exposed wiring, unfinished wall, windows did not lock, stairs are so steep you practically had to crawl upstairs. The second bathroom is right next to the washer and dryer and door to the backyard. We tried to contact the owner a few times about these issues. There was no response to this day. We contacted Expedia / Verbo and they did not help either.
