Our camper is all set up \[septic, water, electric\] and ready for you! Our camper offers a full size queen bed and a bunk room with three twin beds and a small table for playing games. We have blackout curtains in the bedrooms for sleeping in! The bathroom is a typical camper bathroom - very small - but very functional and clean. All linens and towels and provided. We are about 30 minutes to DE Turf and 45 minutes to the beaches. Because we are located on Rt. 16 \[Beach Highway\], it's an easy drive to Rt. 1. It is indeed a camper, so expect a very small shower. I'm 6'4" and had my head up in the air vent to stand straight. But I'd go back and stay again easily. The owners live on the property and were very responsive to questions that I sent ahead of time.
