Nordic House Glamping is an immersive natural escape into the woods and water of Maine.   
  
The property consists of three cabins that were carefully crafted and placed on 14 acres of pristine wilderness, providing adventures a serene base camp to escape from steel walls and the stress of everyday life. Entering the Nordic House grounds offers guests an unparalleled experience through supportive natural restoration.  
  
Exterior: Nestled in a tranquil woodland, this Scandinavian cabin is an eco-conscious haven built into the hillside using innovative architectural practices to minimize land disturbance. The natural wood facade seamlessly blends with the forest, and the gently sloping roof integrates the cabin into the landscape. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the surrounding greenery and flood the interior with natural light. Each cabin is private and secluded, ensuring a peaceful retreat.  
  
Interior: The cabin’s interior exudes minimalist elegance and warmth, with an open-plan living area centered around a cozy wood-burning stove. The second floor loft offers additional space for rest and relaxation while inviting views of the night sky through the skylight. The decor features locally sourced woods like pine and birch, clean lines, and natural textiles including waffle knit throws, linen cushions, and sheepskin rugs.

#### Great weekend getaway

The house was cozy, well-equipped, and made for the perfect getaway. After a full day of skiing, relaxing in the hot tub was the ultimate treat. Didn’t quite make it to the cold plunge but will leave it for the summer experience :)!The space was clean and thoughtfully arranged. Would love to visit again!
