John was very accommodating and flexible with our needs. I only gave 4 stars due to not realizing we were below another apartment, and the people above were very loud. Very close to the town of Bethel (5 minutes in the car); 15-20 minutes to Sunday River. The condo is a good size for 2 people and very comfortable. Minor nits: cold floor in the winter so bring some slippers. The water pressure in the shower is low, which is a little disappointing after a cold day on the slopes.
