Nestled in the heart of Mt. Abram Ski-Slopes Village, this charming chalet offers a perfect retreat for couples, solo adventurers, and families alike. Just a short walk from the base lodge, immerse yourself in a plethora of outdoor activities, including hiking trails, mountain biking, boating, fishing, and swimming. This classic 1960s mountain getaway has been fully renovated to blend modern comforts with its cozy, vintage charm.  
  
The main floor boasts an inviting open-concept living and dining area that seamlessly transitions into a fully equipped kitchen. Step outside onto the elevated deck, where you can enjoy the sun at the six-person seating area or fire up the large gas grill. As evening falls, gather around the backyard fire pit for stories and s'mores beneath the stars.  
  
Upstairs, two airy bedrooms await: one with a queen bed and another with four beds, ideal for children or young adults. Each bedroom features fans to keep cool on warmer nights. The main floor also includes a snug bedroom with a spacious closet, a full bath with a walk-in shower, and a handy laundry area.  
  
The house is located 500 ft from the Mt Abrams Mountain Bike Park. This offers lift access to hiking and mountain biking. There is a restaurant, Beer Garden, outdoor games and live music Thurs, Fri and Saturdays. The Park offers learners', women's and children's clinics. The park also offers week-long children's camp.  
  
This chalet is your gateway to adventure. Discover nearby interconnected lakes for swimming, fishing, and boating, or venture to the Greenwood Ice Caves. Whether skiing in winter or exploring lush trails in summer, this delightful retreat is your perfect base for outdoor fun. Reserve your stay today and savor the beauty of Greenwood!

A stay at the house provides access to the Greenwood town beach for swimming, boating and relaxation.  
Kayak use and transportation can be arranged through the owner.  
The house has parking for 6 vehicles.  
The 1st floor has central AC and the 2nd floor has room units.
