« L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. »

« The overall look of the place was very worn and not well kept. Hallways needed vacuumed and floors swept and mopped. Furniture in dining area was stained and very worn down. I tried using the treadmill 1 wouldn't work at all the other started but stopped working after a few minutes with a check motor code. There was a clipped toenail on the floor and used earbuds on equipment. Breakfast was also very sub par. Very sad, because our last visit was very nice.. »

« The staff was fantastic. It was very clean. They are under heavy renovation that should be done about April. They are doing a fantastic job of keeping it clean and quiet while working, but several things are closed like breakfast, pool, office and fitness room, etc. Honestly, I was surprised at how clean and quiet it was with so much work they're doing. Well done. »

« I had stayed here about 10 years ago and it was clean and nice. It is not anymore. I had no soap, or any toiletries. The microwave looked like chili had been spilled it. The fridge had a red liquid in the bottom that smelled like salsa. Smears of something and water spots all over the mirror. The bathroom sink faucet needs to be replaced. There was what looked like a vomit stain on the wall by the bed. I never felt unsafe, but it seems to be housing for a lot of people now. The front desk...

"L’hôtel est à une distance de marche du Arrowhead et Kaufman center donc pratique pour les games mais loin de tout autrement. Les chambres sont propres mais les lits étaient désuets donc inconfortables. Le personnel était courtois mais personne n’est venu faire la chambre durant nos 3 nuits de séjour malgré l’enseigne à notre porte requérant un ménage. Le déjeuner était très varié. "
