Le personnel à l’accueil n’était pas très aimable. Le jour de noël la piscine était bondé de monde et l’accès nous a donc été refusé (peut être qu’un système de réservation ce jour là aurait été nécessaire). Nous y sommes allées le lendemain mais l’eau était très froide et le jacuzzi était fermé. Enfin un membre du personnel a interdit à une amie de prendre des photos avec le sapin de noël qui se situait dans le hall de l’hôtel. Les femmes de ménage et le personnel de restauration sont très respectueux, cependant le prix des prestations nous semble très élevé par rapport aux services.
