We had a wonderful time and the service was remarkable. The only thing that was a little disappointing was that the poool was closed due to maintenance.

We never checked in. Expedia booked us at the wrong hotel and would not allow us to change hotels. Wasted time and money and I’ll never stay at that hotel, not ever use Expedia to book anything. Horrible customer service. Some way to treat a Hilton Diamond member. Just awful.

Facilities and staff were great. One issue with HVAC is the thermostat does not have separate heat and air because it is automatic. Our room was 80 degrees upon arrival. Set temp to 70 and lower which it never got below 72.

The room was not cleaned well. There were hairs in the covers and towels along with a brown fluid stain on the wall. The walls were also paper thin and we were kept up all night by the partying around us. NOT up to my embassy suites expectations.
The restaurant and check in staff were all great at least.

The cleanliness and the made to order breakfast was wonderful.
They have changed the managers reception to a 2 drink maximum, which I did not like. I got 1 double drink with mostly ice that was considered as my 2 drink minimum
When I went back to BUY a Bloody Mary at the same bar, it cost 9$ and it was in a small plastic glass. This does change my mind about staying there and weather it is worth the cost
