The AC had a little bit of a hard time keeping it cool mid summer/mid day, but I like it warm so it wasn’t a problem for me. Overall the house was lovely and comfortable and I really loved the special touches that made it homey! The neighborhood seemed ok. I really appreciated that she had a security system in place!
