Perfectly located near downtown Greenville, Falls Park on the Reedy, the Peace Center, Prisma Health, Bon Secours Wellness Arena, and popular festivals such as Artisphere and Fall for Greenville.

This charming home features unique architectural details that add character and charm. Stone steps lead you down to the front door, offering a picturesque entry to the home. Outside, you'll find a beautiful spiral staircase that leads you directly to the tennis/pickleball court for some outdoor fun. An original spiral staircase inside the home takes you down to the arcade room, offering a perfect spot for entertainment. These distinctive features, combined with the home's amenities, create an unforgettable experience for your stay.  
  
We want to ensure our home is a great fit for your group. If you have any questions, please ask before booking. Please review the following prior to booking:  
  
House Rules  
  
✔ Primary guest (person booking) must be 25+ and present during the entire stay.  
✔ No parties, events or third party bookings – our home is in a quiet neighborhood with year round residents.  
✔ Maximum of 6 cars in the driveway; no street parking at risk of being towed at vehicle owner's expense.  
✔ Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM.  
✔ Pets: Must be pre-approved (up to 2 dogs under 50 lbs; additional fee applies).  
✔ Government issued ID, security deposit and signed rental agreement are required to complete booking.  
✔ Noise monitors and exterior cameras for safety – no interior cameras.  
  
House Rules continued:   
  
Smoking and noise monitors (Minut) are installed in the pool area, garage, and hallway. Exterior security cameras are located at the pool, garage, front door, and deck. We use Minut noise sensors outside and one Minut smoking detector inside. The Minut devices do not record or listen to conversations—they simply monitor overall noise levels to help prevent disturbances. It's a privacy-safe way to keep things peaceful and enjoyable for all guests and our community.   
  
All guests must go through Pet Screening. Additional fee to bring up to two dogs under 50 lbs each (must be approved in advance) required. Unauthorized animals on property will be charged $350/animal. Service Animal Notice: Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal to avoid paying pet charges is illegal in South Carolina (§ 47-3-980) and may result in fines and immediate eviction without refund.  
  
This is a 100% smoke-free property—including the home, theater room, arcade, garage, and game room. Violations will be subject to eviction without refund of money and extra $250 cleaning charge.  
  
Any tampering with the WiFi, cameras, smoking detectors or accessing the roof will result in an immediate eviction without refund of money.   
  
The indoor fountain is not for guest use.  
  
No diving into the pool or hot tub. No glass on the pool deck or in/near the hot tub. No throwing rocks in the pool, adjusting rocks at top of pool waterfall or removing rocks from indoor fountain.  
  
Pool, hot tub, and lawn maintenance may occur during your stay. Please keep the hot tub covered and latched when not in use to maintain temperature and cleanliness.  
  
Trash day is Thursday. If staying Wednesday night, please place trash bins at the curb (without blocking the mailbox).  
  
Bag all trash before placing it in the outdoor bins, and ensure lids are latched securely.  
  
Don’t leave food or trash outside—it will attract wildlife. For your safety, please do not approach or feed animals.  
  
No commercial photography or videography inside or outside the property.   
  
Early check in may be available for an extra charge.

#### Excellent vacation

We stayed here for a family vacation with my two adult children and their significant others. The house was great! Plenty of room for all six of us… And more. Our first couple of days were rainy, but we made use of many of the amenities. We enjoyed playing pool, use the billiards table to play poker, and watch movies in the movie theater. The pool is beautiful and the hot tub is just the thing after getting out. Many of my family enjoyed the sauna as well. Dawn was an excellent host and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

#### Amazing! Will be back

This place has just about everything a group would need during their vacation. Pool, hot tub, sauna, pool table, ping pong table, poker table, tennis/pickle ball court, movie theater, and a game room. That’s a long list of amenities compared to other places. Plus a view to die for. Seriously, the view is breathtaking. Hard to beat in my opinion. Everything was smooth and easy. Only thing is if you have elderly there are stairs, so take that into consideration. One minor thing is my wife found the top of our fan had a lot of dirt and had to dust it herself. Not a big deal as we loved the place and will be back again. Thank you!

I’d give 10 stars if I could. The best host I’ve ever experienced. Above and beyond in every way. I’d go back in a heart beat. It was incredibly family friendly. The view will take your breathe away and pictures don’t do it justice. No need to go anywhere else outside the house there is so much to do. It is close to anything you’d need if you decide to leave. What an incredible experience!

#### Little slice of heaven

We have rented a lot of really nice houses over the years. This one is unique! Great location, has a little bit of everything for everyone of all ages and we enjoyed all of it! House was very clean, beds are comfy and overall just warm and welcoming! Dawn was wonderful with answering all my questions! The only thing I will say is that there are stairs to everything. My opinion is it keeps you young :), but if you have mobility issues it may be something to consider. We plan to return as my family loved this house!!

#### Quirky house with AMAZING Views

This quirky home was such a find. Beautiful views from on top of the mountain with lots of room inside and out. Pool Hot tub, Sauna, Tennis, everything you could ever want for a relaxing week or weekend. Not a place for elderly persons as the property is steep and stonework difficult for them to manage. Overall a 10 out of 10!

#### Wonderful

Nice and simple, the house is just as advertised. We had a wonderful week here and the tennis court is a lovely surprise! 4 adults and 2 kids, plenty of space.
