This is clearly an upscale place. It is a lovely oasis amidst an area of construction.
We had booked a king through Expedia, but got a room with 2 queens, which was very nice. There was nobody at the desk to ask for a correction, so we took this very nice 2 queen room.
The place was filled with teenagers with designer gowns and tuxedos all Saturday, and photo ops filled all the outdoor areas. We presume it was prom.
Breakfast was good. Coffee was good.
There was nobody at the desk at checkout, and only a note that he was away, checking with other guests. There was no phone to call or bell to ring. We checked out by leaving the keys on the check-in desk.
There was no e-mail bill until after checkout time, and it was $200 more that agreed on with Expedia. I had to call and get this fixed, and I hope I will see a refund for the overcharge, but it is too soon to know.
