The front desk clerk was awesome. She checked us in 1/20 @12:45 and checked us out 1/21 @12pm. She was welcoming, professional and kind (and appeared to be young). I was very impressed.

We got to the hotel after lunch was over but the manager cooked us a pizza and we had drinks from the bar. Very nice employees, once of the best Hiltons that I have visited.

The hotel was under staff so bed was not changed on a daily basis. Had to leave early and hotel manager refused to refund my money. I will not be going back to this hotel.
Requested handicap accessible room with the walk in shower. The shower head which you could adjust up and down would not lock into place and would slide down and shoot water out into the bathroom floor. Fall risk due to tiled floors, nothing nonslip in the bathroom.

As much as i paid per night my tv should have been bigger. The tv was not netflix ready. I did not receive the room I paid for, instead of a king bed i was put in a room with two queen beds. I traveled with my husband. No waters in the room and the linen broke my daughter out in her face and arms. Not the best stay
the hotel was nice and staff friendly - friday nite dinner in hotel restaurant was very good and good service -- however the restaurant is not owned by hilton and the breakfast service was HORRIBLE - 9am buffet was empty supposed to go til 10am - we asked but they never refilled it - my menu order took 30 minutes = coffee was mud - server never came by for water coffee anything - definitely DO NOT eat breakfast there... and the food we did get was just warm - sad. WHEN PEOPLE ARE TRAVELING AND TIRED THEY SHOULD GET GOOD FOOD AND GOOD SERVICE IN THE HOTEL RESTAURANT... so either get another company to do it or do it yourself... bad food reflects poorly on your brand... just saying we don't own it does not erase the bad taste.

The hotel needs to be renovated. Was really hot and humid with foggy windows
Amazing comfortable bed snd pillow .
But the shower pressure was best ever . It's rare we get all three of those
Julep was outstanding . So fresh and gourmet

Will stay here again because our grandson is signing with ECU today in football 🏈 yay

We stayed here in August and had some complaints about the room. We came back to the hotel and they gave us the same exact room. It was better this time around but we had the same major complaint. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. We only stayed one day so I told the staff on the way out about the shower.
Other than the shower, the staff and room were well within HIlton standards and very pleasant and comfortable.
Everything about the stay was awesome only downfall was we were told the Room was not ready two hours past the check in time. It was ready four hours later. This was not a big deal to us because we had things planned on the town. But this could be a problem for others. We will stay here again.
