Did Hotels.com drop the ball?
No record of having a reservation. Hotels.com is not easy to make contact with when there is a problem. Not sure if the problem was with Hotels.com or Econo Lodge. The night desk person was helpful and made us a reservation. The problem here is that I paid for the room twice. Once at check in and once at Hotels.com

Not worth $75/night. Saw a roach, tub has cigarette stains on it, found a couple of hairs on the bed. Would not recommend.

The walls are paper thin, I was awoken at 11:30pm to cackling and laughter. It is SO loud, and they are right next door. I don't know who the hell "RaRa" is or whoever's cousin but I don't care. I will be lucky to get 5 hours of sleep at this point. If the guests can be heard this easily, space them out...I know you're not at capacity.

The rooms were unsafe the door lock was coming off the door the beds are very uncomfortable there's not enough pillows the girl at the front desk was rude and disrespectful put us in a smoking room when I did not request a smoking room unacceptable for the amount of money that they're charging and they're also charging a $50 fee for a non-smoking room

The desk associates could have been a bit more friendlier. Could have put a smile on their face whether they meant it or not. If you are dealing with the public that is what you do😊😊😊

Checked in by a woman who clearly didn't want to be there. Middle of the night, there was a loud fight in the parking lot. The "free continental breakfast" doesn't exist. The room was dark & needed paint. Cigarette burns on the edge of the tub (next to the toilet).

The room was dirty. There was hair in the bathtub, the bathroom curtain rod was barely attached to the wall. The sheets, especially the top comforters were disgusting. Hair in the bed and stains on the sheets. Not good.

Look elsewhere..
If it were not for the friendly staff I would look to rate this stay as bad as they come. I could list everything that wasn’t clean but it would be easier to just say nothing was clean. It would appear the last guest checked out, the bed was made and the room was deemed clean.

First stay ever and bugs were everywhere. On top of that my card was charged 2 times for a ome night stay.The lady was very nasty. Still waiting on a refund

Stayed here a year ago and everything and our room was clean and everything you would expect from a lower priced hotel. The service was poor and ouur floor was FILTHY. Will not be staying there again!

The hotel keys did not work we had to get them redone every day. The bathroom was not cleaned very well the shower curtain was stained and there were half used shampoo bottles in the shower. The pool was not open and neither was the gym. There was no breakfast in the lobby. Rooms were newly remodeled and we’re in good shape.

The staff was terribly rude from arrival to departure!! The inside of the room was nice, but the outside needs some upkeep, to say the least. The site absolutely states and show a full breakfast station. Oh No, there is no breakfast here! The staff said no, we don't have breakfast some sites are not updated!
