Court St. 4 B, Penthouse Unit that accommodates 4 people. Our condo has a large terrace with outdoor seating for enjoying views of Downtown. We are steps from Main Street right behind the Westin Hotel in the heart of downtown. We offer all the conveniences of home with a full kitchen and lots of open space to spread out for a few days or extended stay. The bedroom has a King bed and the sofa pulls out to a Queen size sleeper, both are super comfortable. The condo is approximately 1100 square feet which is large for a 1BR/1Bath. All the conveniences of Downtown are located literally steps away. There was a small glitch with the condo when we arrived but the owner answered phone right away and was at the condo within 10 minutes to fix. Loved the designated parking. Condo was stocked with everything needed for a 5 day stay with comfortable furniture and all the luxuries of home. Our panic on check in was there was no closet .... relieved to find a nice walk-in behind the bathroom door :) My only complaint was the inconsistency of the A/C temp between the living room and the bedroom.... it was much colder in the bedroom (with a strong draft from the ceiling vents) than in the living room.
