Host was extremely responsive to all questions. The only issue with the property was the upstairs. The staircase has no railing on one side so I wouldn’t want my kids going up it and it’s not really wide enough to go up side by side. Great spot to watch the fireworks at the ballpark and park without having to leave the property.
