Main Level:
The Living Room sets the stage with generously sized Leather Furnishings and a Dancing Gas Fireplace w/ remote, for those cooler evenings. The Formal Dining Room has a beautiful dining table (accommodates 8 to 10) for Formal Dining and/or for Special Events such as Bridal or Baby Showers, or Family Get Togethers. The Sleek & Modern Kitchen features Granite Backsplashes & Countertops, Top of the Line Appliances to include a kitchen aid slide-in range with downdraft and is stocked with all high quality cookware, dishes, and coffee pot with essentials. There is a Sunny Bedroom on the Main level (Queen Bed) for guests who prefer no stairs, with easy access to the Main level Full Bath. Staircase is Original to Home and is a bit steeper.
The Second Level has Four Large Bedrooms furnished for Comfort and Relaxation with Beauty-Rest Mattresses and Fine Bedding. Each bedroom is equipped with a smart TV with Utube TV and streaming apps, a private mirror/blow dryer and a ironing station for comfort in your own room! One Full Bath on Main Level and One Full Bath on Second Level.
Location:
Downtown Quiet, Tree Lined Streets, The Historic Pettigru Neighborhood! Unwind here and walk to The Bon Secours Arena, Downtown Restaurants and Shopping, the Greenville Zoo, and the Liberty Bridge!
Outdoor Living Area:
Immediately off of the Kitchen, you exit onto a Large Deck with Pergola that provides covered outdoor living and overlooks a beautiful fenced in backyard. Plenty of room for a day of badminton and for children to play.
Parking:
The driveway provides parking for two vehicles. There are three on street parking passes which will be inside the home upon arrival. Please place them on your rear view mirrors. The City of Greenville periodically monitors the street and a parking ticket costs $500\. Please remember to leave parking passes upon departure as there is a $200 fee for lost passes.
House Rules:
By booking the property, guests agree to abide by these rules during their stay.
1\. Please keep noise levels to a minimum at all times. We’ve been granted a City of Greenville rental permit that will be revoked if noise complaints occur.
2\. No parties: Parties are not allowed on the property. Small events such as baby showers, bridal showers are allowed.
3\. Maximum occupancy: The property has a maximum of 12 overnight guests.
4\. No smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property.
5\. Damages: Please ensure the property is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival. Guests are responsible for any damages to the property,

I cannot say enough, how absolutely wonderful this place was. I am very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and I had not one issue in the entire place. We were celebrating Christmas early and actually cried when I came in and saw a tree. I already had in my mind we wouldn’t have a tree, but there were decorations throughout. Michelle was great to answer my last minute questions. We had 10 adults and only two bathrooms, which was concerning, no issues whatsoever. The house had the original wood floors, doors and hardware, which were absolutely beautiful with updated kitchen and baths. It had everything we needed for our five day stay.

This is the place to stay for any visit to Greenville! We packed eight girls in this adorable house for our annual Holiday get together. The house and every bedroom were well appointed. A chef prepared dinner on Friday made full use of an excellent kitchen. The dining table is gorgeous and easily sat eight. Every room was beautifully decorated and had an extra layer for Christmas. Plenty of parking and it is a 15 minute walk to Main Street or an easy uber ride. We could not have asked for a better location for what was a fabulous weekend. Michelle, the host, was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond. Highly recommend to anyone coming to town!!

Beautiful historic home that is clean, charming and large enough for a group. I appreciated the 5 large bedrooms that were all similar size and similarly appointed. Low on closet space but ample dresser space. Wonderful deck area too. Kitchen was large and had the necessities. Loved the neutral tones with wonderful artful throughout. Also just a few minutes from the downtown area.

Three of my friends and I visited Greenville for a weekend and thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home. It was very conveniently located near downtown, where we spent time exploring. The home was comfortable and extremely well appointed. Every bedroom had a hair dryer plus an iron and ironing board! The kitchen was nicely stocked as well. We loved our visit and this lovely home in a very quiet neighborhood helped to make it a great trip!

This was the perfect property for our large family to use as our home base for a wedding weekend. With the reception having been hosted just a block away at the Poinsett Club, we particularly loved that everyone in our party could walk home whenever they preferred. The house was lovely, clean and comfortable!

We stayed at this property for a few days to enjoy Greenville. We loved the walkability to downtown, access to good restaurants and the opportunity to spend time together in a way that is not possible in a hotel. We enjoyed visiting, playing games and catching up on the back deck. The property was well appointed and private. We would all choose it again in a heartbeat!

#### Wonderful Home in Historic Downtown Greenville
My family, friends, and I enjoyed a wonderful weekend in Downtown Greenville celebrating my 50th Birthday. We couldn't have asked for a better property that was not only stunningly beautiful but full of every amenity you could ask for. The location is perfect for walking to Main Street and all the attractions in Downtown. The Beds, Linen, and entire home was 5 Star. Everyone complimented by husband and I for a luxury stay. We will definitely recommend and hope to visit again.
