Situated in a desirable residential area, this charming abode offers a comfortable and luxurious stay for guests. With 2 laundry rooms and the downstairs suite, our home is perfect for families who wish to enjoy time with one another- but also appreciate privacy at the end of a long day exploring Greenville. Uber is available, but we recommend bringing your own vehicles. There are 2 laundry rooms, and the downstairs feels like its own private suite! Smoking is permitted outside, provided all exterior doors are closed and buds are disposed of safely (i.e., not in a trash bag/paper cup/or other flammable container). Smoking indoors or leaving buds in the yard is prohibited and will incur a $250 fine. No tampering with the Wi-Fi router, security camera, or smart lock. The house was so spacious and clean... The beds were comfy! And the kitchen was well-appointed (and we cooked every day so that really helped)! Our favorite spots were the sunroom - everyone had a spot to sit and hang out! And the backyard was amazing as well - great spot for grilling, sitting, playing! If we are ever back in Greenville, we will definitely come back to this home again! Thank you for hosting us! ##### Nick W. Séjour de 4 nuits en juin 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Louisa A. 24 oct. 2024 Points forts : Propreté #### Unsafe scenario The house itself is as the pictures describe, spacious and decently comfortable. The property was clean. Check-in was a nightmare. We weren’t able to check in on time which was an issue for us as we had a rehearsal dinner to attend. Upon utilizing the code, it was incorrect, but they insisted it was correct. We noticed the lockbox and requested the code for the lockbox, but they refused to provide that for us. They did not make an effort to help us into the house. They said they’d send someone later (the guy came well after 9 pm & didn’t even have a key that worked for the door nor knew the lock box code). He then realized we were correct the whole time and he’d try to figure something out. He never did and never replied back to us the following day. Eventually, at the end of our stay, they provided us the lockbox code so we could utilize an actual key. We were lucky there was a doggy door on the back door to the garage and the door into the house from the kitchen was unlocked; otherwise, we would never have gotten inside. We had to leave the house unlocked or continue to utilize the dog door to get in ALL weekend. Needless to say, that was not a safe scenario for any of us and we were grateful we did not have our children with us. I would not stay here again the management company was awful & our safety was an issue. ##### Louisa A.
