This hotel is all about relationships with guests and staff. Warm, friendly with a good dose of humor. Loved the Starbucks coffee in the lobby and how close the location is to the local Greenville. Very sweet.

Great hotel. Hotel clerk a little confused about our reservation at check-in which caused some concern because I knew the hotel was sold out, but she finally figured it out. Nice large, clean room. Lots of tables for kick-back and breakfast but food was set up in a small area which caused quite a bit off congestion with guests.
We enjoyed the visit. The room was fantastic; however, we expected at least a Continental Breakfast but no go. You pay Starbucks breakfast rates. For the room size I paid for, there should have been a simple breakfast provided as most hotels do. The pillows though comfortable to most, I was allergic to. The sofa mattress was more spring than cushion and the young lady we brought with us to take to the Shriner's Hospital, ended up sleeping on the floor with sofa cushions. The shower was awesome! The king size bed, awesome, and the hospitality of night shift, FABULOUS! Morning shift was rather lacking and though gave information lacked in eye contact. Great business men and women need to be more forth coming on smiles and eye contact, not looking down and rude with stating "Well, there's a McDonald's (Mac-Donalds as she pronounced) and other stuff." I was bringing a young lady to the Shriner's Hospital and wanted her to have a beautiful stay regardless of her family's inability to pay for luxuries.

Only one night stay. In town for job interview. Check in and check out were very fast and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was what you would expect, but good. The fitness room was clean and had plenty of towels but the wipes container was empty. Didn't swim, but the pool looked well maintained. Nice gazebo to sit in and enjoy the weather near the pool. I have stayed in this hotel before and personally know that they accept pets, but you can't even tell. Would recommend this hotel to others and stay here again.
"Nice hotel just outside of downtown Greenville. "
We were attending a concert in Greenville (we're from Charlotte) and needed a place to stay overnight. The hotel was undergoing renovations which is why the rate was better I assume but it really wasn't too much of an inconvenience. The rooms are very nice and large and there's an office area if you need to do work. The food was pretty good. The breakfast buffet is included and is very good with made to order omelets. I didn't get to spend too much time at the hotel unfortunately, would have liked to check out the fitness room and pool.
