Great access to shops, restaurants, parks and activity.
Staff should advise guests about stairs if they park their car in self park. Quite difficult to navigate with luggage from parking to front desk.
The hotel staff was very friendly, efficient and professional. The room was quite large and well equipped. A nice feature was that several good restaurants in the area provide room service, and their menus were in the guest room notebook. Instead of just seeing other buildings, we had a view of the river, waterfall, etc.
The rate (almost $500, plus parking fees) was ridiculous for a Hampton Inn, but the entire town was filled with college football fans. We were unable to take advantage of the breakfast, as there were so many guests in line and we didn't want to wait that long to eat.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was awesome - very comfortable and clean. Each day it was so nice coming back to such a clean room, big thank you to that. The fitness center was also great, with plenty of treadmills (with TVs), equipment, and workout space. I had a great experience here! Oh and the location is great, walking distance to everything.
