Unfortunately, the exterior of the property was not well-maintained. There was nowhere clean to sit or relax outside, which was disappointing since we had planned to enjoy the outdoor space.Inside, we found the utensil drawers were not clean, so we decided to eat out instead of cooking as we had originally planned. Additionally, we felt uncomfortable during our stay due to a nearby trailer very close to the house. We often heard voices and a dog barking, which made us feel like we were being watched. We were in town for a college graduation, and had two families sharing the house. The owner was super welcoming when we arrived, and we could tell he's very proud of this property. Everything was in bloom, and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous! The house suited our needs perfectly, with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all guests. The kitchen is well-appointed and had everything we needed to host a barbecue. The hosts also had charcoal waiting by the grill, and plenty of staples in the pantry that we were invited to use. The ONLY thing I would suggest is that you bring chairs for the deck if you plan to have a group of people visit as we did. We were able to round up just about enough by moving some from other porches, but it would have been a bit easier if we'd just brought some foldable chairs with us. This is a minor detail, as our visit was GREAT in every other way! ##### sally n.
