Children must be carefully supervised at all times when near the water. The gate to the hot tub and pool area must remain closed at all times. If you swim or use the fire pit (especially children) we strongly recommend the use of life jackets which can be provided by request for you and your guests. Because the water at the end of the pool and in the entire hot tub is only a few feet deep, no diving off of anywhere is allowed. By agreeing to the House Rules, you acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party, and waive any claim whatsoever against the owners for accidents or claims arising from these activities. 🛎️ Most Important Rules 🛎️ \- Must be 25 years old to make a reservation. Please use plastic or non-breakable alternatives. \- No Alcohol or Drugs: Use of the pool or hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. \- No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are permitted to use the pool and hot tub. No street clothes or diapers are allowed in the pool or hot tub. \- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in or around the pool or hot tub area. \- Respect Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 9pm to 8am to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. The house was clean, cozy, and beds were comfortable. Only downfall was the porch was icy coming up to front door from recent weather but everything else was absolutely perfect. We had family from out of town join us. The house was perfect! Great location, we walked to the arena. Very well appointed with everything we could need. We hosted a dinner that had ample space and seating and even used a local restaurant recommendation from the host. I had multiple messages on the VRBO app to the host and they were answered extremely fast! Parking was great for multiple cars and we had no problem finding street parking. Short two block walk to local restaurants and bars that were fantastic! Planning to rent again next year! ##### Kristie G.
