My guests and I had a situation where a pet sitter had to cancel last minute. While we ended up finding a solution and didn’t need to bring the pup, the host was so helpful and prompt about the situation when we presented it to them to add a pet last minute. Instructions to find the property and check-in were helpful and straightforward which made the first day getting there a smooth experience. The house was very clean, comfortable and supplied every toiletry or amenity we might need for a perfect stay. Not to mention the hot tub was FANTASTIC and the check out instructions were very simple and easy to achieve.
