It’s very close to Guilford battleground Park, the Piedmont Triad International airport and Four Seasons Mall 1\. Locals must communicate with us before booking 2\. It is prohibited to have more than 8 guests in or on the property at all times. Violation of the rule may result in the removal of you and your guests with no refund. 3\. This is a self check-in property. The host was willing to accommodate our dogs and the fenced in yard was spacious and great. The house has been updated with nice appliances, new windows, mini-blinds and very comfortable living room/den furniture. It has well-maintained floors and nice furnishings. The kitchen cabinets are older, but serviceable. The bedrooms are large. The only drawback for us was the main bedroom didn't have a king bed and the queen felt small as the mattress had our couple rolling in to the middle. Very responsive hosts and I would recommend it for a family or groups coming to Greensboro. ##### Harriet R.
